The GLP Story

— The Inspiration —

GLP was inspired by and named after the owner’s late father, known to his friends and family as “Buck.”

Buck was a heavy crane and boom welder by trade for more than 45 years with an unblemished record for craftsmanship, durability and reliability. For most of his career Buck was an entrepreneur operating his own welding business, traveling throughout Arizona to bring his craftsmanship, industrial knowledge, and unmatched fabrication ability to a wide array of construction projects and related businesses.

Buck strived for perfection in his work, taking immense pride in the durability and reliability of everything he built.  It is in that spirit where GLP operates, flying to heights of perfection while holding itself to the highest professional standard.  At GLP every project, every mission and every need is approached with the same commitment to quality and integrity that inspired the company name.

The owner brings extensive law enforcement and investigative experience to GLP, including forensic video analysis and real-world operational experience with multiple drone platforms — providing a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to every project.
Through this experience the owner developed an eye for visual accuracy, composition, and technical analysis.

For nearly three decades GLP’s owner forged his own career path in the law enforcement community,
cementing a reputation for quality, integrity, and professionalism as a
sworn police officer over nearly three decades.

That experience shapes the way GLP approaches every flight: observe carefully, plan deliberately, capture accurately, and deliver imagery that serves a specific purpose.
